About Us 

Cell phones are used for texting, surfing the internet, and reading social media, but did you know these simple tasks affect teens in positive and negative ways?

 

Electronics have a powerful effect on the social development of teenagers. Our Future.org is here to assist those who suffer from electronic addiction. 

OurFuture.org Mission: Using research and education, we empower teenagers to cope with addiction and build meaningful relationships throughout their lives.

The first 30 minutes in the morning should be dedicated to creating a good start to your day.

Create a no phone time-zone. This means that for at least 2 hours of your day your phone is turned off.

Turn off your phone when you're  in the car so there's no temptation.

When you're sharing a conversation, turn off the phone.

If you lose sleep texting, playing games, or using social media at night, turn it off.
